Stopping smoking is one of the easiest decisions to make staying stopped is harder, I am an ex-smoker myself so am well aware of the difficulties. As well as using highly effective hypnotherapy techniques to keep you stopped, I also use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to address the conscious beliefs I.e. “I get comfort from cigarettes ”

These two techniques combined work most effectively. We can either use a one or a two session approach, if you choose the latter, the first session is used to reduce and the second to stop altogether.
