The Jewish Psychotherapist Victor Frankl, whilst imprisoned in a concentration camp during the Second World War tells the story of singing “Zip-A-De-Doo-Dah” to the face of the commandant of the camp.  The commandant looked at him with astonishment, “how can you be happy in a place like this?”  Frankl said “You can do anything you want to me, however, there is one thing you cannot do and that is change the way I think.  I choose to be happy.”
