Usually the person has become so fearful of the state that they are in i.e. the panic, that they dread having more in situations where they cannot escape, thus adding more panic to panic. Primarily the person needs knowledge, and understanding to realise what is happening to them, so that they can begin to break these vicious circle. I usually do hypnotherapy later on in their treatment as they are too nervous of that early on. The body is too sensitized to suddenly be calm. Understanding is the miracle worker at his stage. I introduce it.
